I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Robert who promptly fixed the air conditioner in my room. The location was great, with Kroger and Whole Foods nearby for groceries, and there were also a few restaurants within walking distance. I appreciated the convenience of having parking available, as I had to catch a 6 am flight the next morning. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was awesome, professional, and worked out a mix-up with a smile. The hotel itself was great, with a beautiful outside area. We loved the bar area, where the staff was extremely nice. The hotel's location was perfect, with several restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. It was also conveniently located between downtown and the attractions of the suburbs.

The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood on the east side, close to attractions and Beal Street. The facilities are modern and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The front desk staff, especially Kevin, provided excellent customer service. There is a Starbucks on-site, as well as nearby dining options and a Whole Foods. The room was well-maintained with daily coffee and soap replenishments. The pool was clean and there is free ice and a refrigerator in the room.

The staff at this hotel were truly amazing. We had a pleasant interaction with all five people working in the lobby area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the indoor pool. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the famous sights in the area, such as The Peabody. Additionally, we loved the fact that there were plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was phenomenal, especially Rashonda and Mario at the front desk, Nikki in the restaurant, and shuttle drivers Paul and Greg. They really embodied the hotel's motto of making things right. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great selection including cracked eggs. The indoor pool was a great amenity, perfect for a relaxing swim. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near downtown hotels and close to everything in town, including the University of Memphis and the southern heritage classic parade.
